Music, dance and drama: preparing for the district festival

Every afternoon this month the upper primary classes have gathered on the field to rehearse for the district music, dance and drama festival.

We are entering a traditional Tooro folk song, a creative dance about keeping girls in school, and a short play written by Primary 6. Our single engoma drum is doing a great deal of work.

If any reader has costumes, shakers or a second drum gathering dust, we would put them to good use.
